Alpha She Foodies to the Rescue

Sadly, due to our hectic lifestyles, after a long day at the office or school the last thing you want to do is cook! We all have those nights where the last meal of the day is a bowl of cereal.

Luckily for you, Alpha She Foodies are here to inspire you to create gourmet food using simple recipes that are not time consuming, however time-worthy and delicious.  Trust us, you’re in good hands lol ;).

Chicken and Stir fry Melody



2 skinless chicken breasts

1 egg

250g Stir-fry (any brand)



Chicken spices

Rosemary and Italian herbs

Veggie sauce (optional)

Side note: instead of buying breadcrumbs, toast 1 slice of brown bread and use a grater to make the breadcrumbs.



Season the chicken breasts. Include the Rosemary and Italian herbs.

Break the egg and mix it in a bowl .You can add salt. Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl.  You will first dip the chicken breasts in the egg mixture and then after coat the dipped chicken with the breadcrumbs. Add 5ml of oil and pan fry the chicken.

Add the same about of oil and pan fry the stir-fry. You can spices to the stir-fry.

For the veggie cheese sauce, follow instructions on the backside of packaging.

The Greek salad as a side is optional.

And voila!

Other ingredients:

1 avocado

1 sliced chicken polony

Sliced cucumbers

Italian herbs

1 Portuguese roll/ or any roll



Use ingredients to make an awesome sandwich. Enjoy!
